I just wanted to take a moment to reflect on my decision to move to NYC and how it has impacted my voiceover career. Let’s just say, it’s been a wild ride!
Moving to such an expensive city was definitely a challenge. But the energy of the city and the opportunities it provides have made it all worth it. I’ve had the chance to work with amazing clients and collaborate with some incredibly talented individuals.
And let’s not forget about the unique experiences that come with living in NYC. Like dodging tourists in Times Square or feeling like a true New Yorker when you finally navigate the subway system without getting lost. It’s the little things that make it all worth it!
But seriously, moving to NYC has taught me so much about resilience and determination. It’s not always easy, but when you see your hard work pay off, it’s the best feeling in the world.
So, if you’re thinking about taking a leap and moving to the big apple, go for it! Just make sure you have a steady supply of coffee and a sense of humor to get you through those tough days.
